Are bouquet subscriptions limited?

Yes because we only use local seasonal flowers (mostly from our own garden), our slots for reserved bouquet subscriptions are limited. We may open more slots based on supply. The best way to learn about our current offerings and exclusive deals is to sign up for our email list.

How often will I receive a bouquet for bouquet subscription?

You will receive one bouquet per week (4 bouquets total) for each month that you sign up. Our subscriptions run for one month at a time. You will receive a beautiful, handcrafted bouquet fresh from our garden every Friday.

What is the benefit of signing up for a subscription?

Our Blossom Bouquet subscriptions are limited to ensure you get the best our field has to offer. Signing up guarantees your flowers in advance. Additionally, subscribers save money over our weekly delivery option. Your subscriptions allow us to plan our harvest and bunch deliveries. This efficiency allows us to save money, and we pass these savings on to our Blossom Club Members.

What time can I expect my delivery on Friday?

Our flower deliveries typically take place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. We can’t always account for traffic, so on very rare occasions, deliveries may go as late as 7 p.m. Because of this, we do not recommend delivery to business addresses that might close before delivery.

What is the Delivery Radius?

Please note that we currently deliver within a 20-mile radius of our store location. This ensures that we can provide timely and reliable delivery to our valued customers within our service area.

Can I sign up for more than one month at a time?

Of course, and if you sign up for three or more, we include a Bonus Blossom Bouquet!

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery services within a 20-mile radius of the 28079 zip code.

Can I pick up my bouquet?

Yes, and you will receive a discount for it! Our farm is located on private property, so we have a pickup arrangement with Indian Trail’s iconic store The Crystal Shoppe located at 14200 E Independence Blvd, Indian Trail, NC, 28079. Please note that if you choose this option, you will be responsible for picking up by 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Is your farm open to the public?

At this time, we are closed to the public.

Where do you source your flowers from?

Most of our flowers are grown right here on our farm in Indian Trail, North Carolina. We also support other local farms by buying through local cooperatives. Either way, you're guaranteed the freshest American-grown flowers available. For more information on American-grown flowers, please see the information from our partners at Slow Flowers or check out our About section, where we discuss our growing practices.

What if I am going out of town and there is nobody to pick up my bouquet?

What if I want to order just a single bouquet?

We do offer bouquets for delivery or pick-up the week of as supplies last. You must place your order by noon Wednesday for a Friday delivery. If all our bouquets are booked for the week, this will be noted on our shopping page.

Can I add a message to my bouquet?

Yes, you can add a short message to be handwritten and sent with your bouquet if ordered the week of or if buying a subscription for a loved one.

What do I do if my bouquet is damaged?

We do everything possible to make sure your delivery arrives in tip-top shape. We require that our delivery team takes a picture of the bouquet upon delivery. The bouquet will be placed in the shaded/covered spot you designated upon ordering. Our bouquets are wrapped in a compostable water source called an eco-wrap, which will supply enough water for at least a few hours, but it is not intended to be your bouquet's permanent home. Please bring the bouquet inside and follow our care instructions as soon as possible. Bouquets may be a little thirsty at first, especially if the outside temperature is hot (and we all know what Carolina summers are like). If for some reason despite this care the bouquet arrives wilted or damaged, please send us a picture the day of delivery and we will replace the bouquet.

Please note, that you are responsible for bringing the bouquet inside as quickly as possible and following the care instructions. If you find that your bouquets do not look fresh upon multiple deliveries, and assuming we have not received complaints from other subscribers within the same period, please contact me and we can explore any environmental causes that can be eliminated or changed.

Please note, if you do not have a covered/shaded area for us to place the bouquet upon delivery or are not able to bring it in the same day as the delivery, we cannot guarantee its freshness or provide a eplacement.

How long will the flowers last?

We find that our flowers last 5-7 days in the vase and we keep a bouquet for ourselves to test this principle (and, well, because we are flower-lovers too!). By, nature some flowers just do not last as long as others. We find this to be true especially for poppies and dahlias, but they are just too beautiful to leave out! We do all we can to ensure that they are harvested at the correct stage to last a long time for you. Please see our tips on how to make your flowers last the longest in our Care instructions.

How do I prepare for my delivery?

Subscribers will receive an email the week before the subscription starts to confirm the address and drop-off location that you have chosen. This email also comes with our care instructions. Please make sure to read this carefully and notify us immediately if anything has changed at contact@blossomandbramblenc.com.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Of course! During checkout choose the “this is a gift” option. Enter the address where you want the subscription delivered and the recipient’s contact information. We will reach out to them the week before the subscription starts to confirm delivery instructions.

You can choose to have a Blossom’s Bouquet Certificate sent to your email that you can print and gift, or we can send a beautifully crafted letter complete with wax seal to your loved one's address. You can include your own personal message on either form.

Do you offer gift cards?

What do you mean by seasonal bouquets and arrangements?

Our love and passion lies in the community that we serve. We are committed to bringing back the idea of locally grown flowers. For that reason, we design our arrangements with the freshest flowers available from our own fields. One of the intriguing facets of growing with the seasons is the gradual unfolding of varieties as the months change. These moments of seasonality ground us to the present, and as the seasons change, so do the flowers. You will find a variety of flowers and herbal surprises tucked into each specially crafted bouquet.

Can I add a message to my delivery?

Yes, we will be happy to include a short message with any Blossom Bouquet! Just enter your message in the designated spot during checkout.

Can I choose what flowers/colors I receive?

Our philosophy is garden inspired, meaning that we design with the bounty the garden offers based on the season. For that reason, it is not possible to request specific flowers or colors. Our. philosophy is to provide our community with blooms that are simply local and simply lovely. There is a certain beauty in letting go of our notions and allowing nature to supply the beauty for us.

Why do you deliver only on Friday?

Our plan certainly involves adding more availability as we grow. To be the first to know about special offers, discounts, and availability, you can sign up for our email newsletters here.
